Solution: IM608Pro "Unfortunately, com.autel.store has stopped." Issue

Problem: The Autel MaxiIM IM608 PRO popped up a message when I was trying to update. It says:"Unfortunately, com.autel.store has stopped."

 

What's the problem? Please suggest.



 

Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the problem:

1) Restart Autel IM608 Pro;

2) Connect to WiFi;

3) Go access Update to check if it's normal, then update all software.
