Fixed: Autel XP400 PRO "The programmer is disconnected" Issue

This is a Autel XP400 PRO Programmer testing guide to troubleshoot "The programmer is disconnected" issue. There are 2 situations: normal and abnormal. You may need to use Autel IM508/ IM608 II Tablet or PC software to help check whether the connection is normal.

 

lNormal Situation

Steps:

1. Connect XP400 PRO programmer while in the main menu screen.

2. Click "Programmer" to check if IM508/ IM608 can display the menu normally.

3. Click "Version information" to check if IM508/ IM608 can read version information normally.

lAbnormal Situation

Steps:

1. Connect XP400 PRO programmer while in the main menu screen.

2. Click "Programmer" : an error reported that the programmer is disconnected but XP400 Pro display green light

3. Connect XP400 Pro to PC software. Check whether XP400 Pro can work with PC software.
