Customer feedback: Autel MS908S Pro2 MaxiSys App will be automatically exiting diagnostic program... it crashes when entering the diagnostic interface and fails to upload logs. Could you please check what the problem is.
Reported Issue
- The MaxiSys app crashes or exits automatically when launching the diagnostic program.
- Inability to upload diagnostic logs.
Recommended Solutions
Solution 1: Revert MaxiSys App to Factory Version
Watch Video Tutorial:
① Long press and remove the MaxiSys app to "App info" >> More >> Uninstall updates
② Replace this app with factory version? All data will be removed. Click OK.
③ Uninstalled finished. Restart the app.
Solution 2: Factory Reset & Re-download (For Subscribers)
If the first solution doesn't work, Autel Subscription holders can perform a factory reset on their device. After resetting, re-download the necessary applications from the Autel Automotive Diagnsotic System platform.
Solution 3: Seek Professional Repair
If the problem persists after trying the above methods, the device may require technical inspection. Please contact Autel support team to arrange a repair service.
