Autel KM100 Failed to Add 2018 Range Rover Evoque Key?

Question: The Autel MaxiIM KM100 is not reading my ECU and I can't add a key to my vehicle. It's a 2018 Range Rover Evoque. The KM100 shows "VIN decoding failed".

 

Any ideas? Please help.

Autel is able to program Range Rover(2015-) keys by bench/boot, like Autel IM608 II + XP400Pro or Autel IM508S + XP400Pro.

 

The difference is that Autel KM100 only supports OBD method to program keys. That's why the VIN decoding failed.
