Solved: Autel MaxiTPMS Pad "Error Code:-1/Error Code:-6" Failed Issue

Problem: I have Autel MaxiTPMS PAD and its software version 3.12. And I also have Autel MX-Sensor 433/315MHz Chinese version. When I try to program this sensor - there's "Programming failed. [Error Code:-1] or [Error Code:-6]" shown and I can't program it.

 

Now I can only program sensors with Global Area Code(FF00) and I also need to program Autel MX-Sensor with China Area Code(8000).

 

Can you ask your engineer?

Solution

It should be noted that MX-Sensors & TPMS tool need THE SAME VERSION to work.

1. Change to use MX-Sensor Global Version for re-programming.

2. Change to Autel TPMS Service Tools with Chinese Version to program these sensors.
