Fixed: Autel XP400 Pro Verify Programmer P1 Pin Is Completed Error

Problem: The Autel XP400 PRO always gave the tips when connecting to a computer: "Please disconnect the programmer P1 pin. Verify that the programmer p1 pin is completed! Comunication error of the programmer. Please click 'OK' to connect the programmer again!"

 

What's the p1 pin? Doesn't XP400 PRO work alone?

Yes, the XP400 PRO can work alone.

 

Here are 2 ways to solve the error.

• Uninstall & Reinstall The Program.

1) "Official Website>> Login In Account >> Download" PC Programmer;

2) Before connecting to PC, remove chips in programmer:

Remove Chips >> Restart Computer >> Connect To 12v And Computer >> Open PC Suite;

3) Re-connect PIN P1 before connecting to PC;

Done!
