Problem: My Autel MaxiIM KM100 gave a note: "Device region and registration region mismatch. Please select the US or Canada." But I cannot modify it myself.
How to fix the problem? Please help.
Solution
The reason for this error prompt is that the customer's ip is in the Unite States, but the region is filled in as Mexico.
