Solved: Autel Im608 II Is Not Linked To Autel Cloud Account Issue

Issue: Your Autel IM608 II shows the error: "This device is not linked to an Autel Cloud account. Please link an account." This prevents access to cloud-based features and services.

Solution:
To link your device, you need the Device Registration Password. The solution is applicable to most Autel Automotive Diagnostic System and Key Programming Tools.

 

Here's how to find it:

 

• On Your Device

1. Go to Settings → About → Password.

2. Your registration code will be displayed.

 

• Via Autel User Center

(on MaxiPRO/MaxiSys/MaxiCheck devices like MaxiCheck MX900)

1. Open Autel User Center from the Job Menu.

2. Log in with your Autel ID or register if you don't have one.

3. Go to Device Management → Link Device.

4. The device serial number and password will appear automatically.

• Via Autel Official Website

1. Visit https://pro.autel.com/.

2. Log in or create an account.

3. Navigate to Product Registration.

4. Enter the device serial number and password (found under Settings → About on your tool).

5. Complete verification and submit.

 

Once registered, your IM608 Pro2 will be linked to your Autel Cloud account.
