Autel IM508S, IM608 II, and G-BOX3 now support ECU and TCU cloning for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Volkswagen platforms, giving workshops a unified cloning solution across Germany’s three major vehicle brands.
Released on June 3, the new Mercedes-Benz cloning update expands Autel’s ECU/TCU cloning ecosystem beyond BMW and Volkswagen. With support now covering over 150 engine and transmission control units across model years 2000–2024, technicians can perform supported module replacement and cloning operations through a single Autel platform powered by the IM508S, IM608 II, and G-BOX3.
