Autel IM608 II Add 2012 Mercedes ML320 Key by OBD Success

Hello guys! Today I'm gonna program a new key for this 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML320 with Autel IM608 II by OBD. The customer has only one working key, so let's start.

Detecting frequency. Please put the ignition key close to the XP400 PRO Programmer remote reception position and press any button of the key.

 

Please insert the ignition key into the IR keyhole on the programmer, press OK.

 

Detecting frequency. Please put the blank key close to the programmer remote reception position and press any button of the key.

 

Please insert the blank key into the IR keyhole on the programmer, press OK.

This key is not an blank key, but it can be re-used after clearing. Press OK.

Is there a key password? No.

Press OK to enter password calculation process.

 

Press "BEGIN" again.

 

Note: After the key password is calculated, it may be required to insert and remove the ignition key for multiple times before it can start the vehicle.

 

Insert the ignition key into the EIS and wait for 5s.

Pull the ignition key out.

Insert the igniton key into the EIS and wait for 2s.

Please confirm whether the key can be turned to the ON position.

If not, please remove the key and try again until it can be turned to the ON position and click OK.

 

After pullilng the ignition key out, insert it into the IR keyhole on the programmer.

 

Getting password is in progress. Please wait.

The whole process takes about 10-30 min...

Succeed in computing password.

Insert the ignition key into the EIS and wait for 30s.

Password calculation completed!

 

Please insert the blank key into the IR keyhole on the programmer, press OK.

Writing key file...

 

Autel IM608 PRO2 Key addition completed. After pressing OK, check if the new key can be used normally according to instructions.

 

Insert the new key into the EIS. If the red indicator lamp on the key lights up and goes off, the key learning is successful.

If the red indicator lamp stays lit, try inserting and removing the key for several times. If still not working, the key addition failed.

 

The vehicle can start and remote work well.
