How to Program 2020 Toyota RAV4 HV All Keys Lost with Autel IM608 II?

I used the Autel IM608 II with APB112 on a 2020 Toyota RAV4 HV all-keys-lost job, and it worked. This function covers 8A-AA smart keys from 2018 onward with the TMLF15 smart main ECU, with no PIN required.

Back Up IMMO Data

Go to Toyota IMMO → Manual Selection → Other → RAV4 HV → Smart Key → AXAH5#(8A) → Control Unit → Keyless System → Keyless System(CAN) → Back up IMMO data.
Turn off Bluetooth on the IM608 II and connect the VCI with a USB cable. Turn the hazard lights on and off once, then press Start/Stop 5 times with the ignition off.
Select Back Up via OBD and follow the on-screen prompts. Save the EEPROM bin file when the backup succeeds.

Generate the Analog Key

Open Generate Analog Key → Load the saved EEPROM file. The device shows Key Type: SLK4. Connect the APB112 Key Simulator.
Keep the analog key powered on. Place it close to the push-start button and press Start/Stop. Follow the on-screen prompt and continue until the analog key is generated successfully.
Keep the analog key powered on and use it as the registered key for Add smart key.

Add the Smart Key

Open Add smart key → Load the saved EEPROM file. Turn on the ignition and enter the VIN. Then turn the ignition off and switch on the hazard lights.
Select the saved EEPROM data. Keep the programmed key close to the START button until the buzzer sounds once. Then place the new key close to the START button until it sounds twice.
Turn on the ignition and place a learned smart key close to the START button. When learning succeeds, the new key is programmed.

Final Check

Start the RAV4 with the new key and confirm that it starts and the basic key functions work normally.
