Autel IM608 Program 2017-2018 Toyota Corolla AKL via Dump

This is a Autel IM608 Toyota Key Programming tutorial, guiding to program 2017-2018 Corolla all keys lost. The procedure will need to dismount smart key module from vehicle, working with APB112 Smart Key Simulator & APA103 EEPROM clamp to finish.

Connect Autel IM608 VCI to OBD,

IMMO >> Accept >> Toyota >> Manual selection >> USA >> Corolla >> 2017-2018 >> Smart key >> Yes >> Control unit >> Keyless system(CAN) >> Back up IMMO data

Step1. Backup IMMO Data via Dump

Take out the smart key module from passenger side.

Connect APA103 cable to the chip as shown.

Connect the other end to the XP400 Pro Programmer.

 

Back up IMMO data(Dump 93C86) >> OK >> Save EEPROM data file

Step2. Generate Simulator Key

Generate analog key >> OK >> Load IMMO data file

Key type: SLK3, press "OK".

 

Connect APB112 key simulator to Autel IM608 Pro.

Press "OK".

 

The simulator key is generated successfully.

The simulator key can be used to turn the ignition on in case of emergency to learn the key. (Note: the simulator key needs to be powered, and it needs to be regenerated after power off.)

Press "OK".

Step3. Add Smart Key

Reinstall smart key module back to vehicle.

 

Add smart key >> Yes

Turn on hazard warning lamps.

 

Notice:

Each step must be completed within the specified time.

The positions for learning include: 6

 

Put the analog key close to the START button in 30s.

Put a smart key to be learned close to the START button in 30s.

Registering, please wait...

Learning succeeded.

Test the new smart key, it can work.

Perfectly done.
