Why Autel Ultra Lite "Vehicle Data/Intelligent Diagnostics" is Grey?

Why my Autel Ultra/ Ultra Lite does not have the vehicle data or intelligent diagnostics function? The option on tablet is grey? That's because the function is limited to specified vehicle model and area.

 

The "Intelligent Diagnostics" function is now called "Vehicle Data" on Ultra tablet. For device after 2024, there will only be one "Vehicle Data" option.

How to know if I can use Vehicle Data function?

 

1. At present, this function is limited to Autel ID and device login IP are either in the US or Canada(excluding Mexico).

 

2. The function is limited to the following models:

Acura, Alfa Romeo, Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Eagle, Fiat, Genesis, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jaguar, Jeep, Kia, Land Rover, Lincoln, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Porsche, Ram, Smart, Subaru, Suzuki, Volkswagen, Volvo.

 

No supported models: Ford, Mazda, Mercury, Toyota, Lexus, Scion, etc.

 

If all above requirements are not met, the option will be grey.
