Fixed: Autel IM508S Authorization Check Failed! Error Code: 1 Issue

Problem: When I use Autel MaxiIM IM508S to add key on all Ford models and all years, it fails. And it just stays on loading and doesn't go any further. It gives a message: " Authorization check failed! Error code: 1".

 

What's the problem? Any advices?

Solution

1. Go to Data Manager-> Uninstall Vehicle -> Delete The Vehicel, then go to Udpate menu to download this software again.

 

2. If problem persists, go to Maxitool -> Collect The Log, then Upload the logs. Autel Tech will help you.
