Fix Autel MK900 "Required Vehicle Model Is Not Available" Update Error

After the Autel MK900 Update was completed, the system still showed the message: “Si le modèle de véhicule requis n'est pas disponible dans l'outil, téléchargez les mises à jour. (If the required vehicle model is not available in the tool, download the updates.)”.

The issue appeared after selecting “Update”. The device only displayed “Pas d’enregistrement” (No Records).

Re-downloading the OS system application from the “Update” section resolves the issue.

The OS system application was not fully updated during the upgrade process, causing the update prompt to persist.

Diagnostic / Action Steps

1. Open the Update section on the Autel MaxiCOM MK900.
2. Locate the OS system application.
3. Re-download and install the OS system application.
