The Autel AT100 can clone supported Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru smart key chips. It is useful when a spare or emergency-use key is needed, and it works with Autel KM100, IM508S, and IM608 II.

- 8A: 88 / 8A / A9 / AA / 39 / F3
Watch Video Tutorial:
Read the Original Key
- Enter Reading/Cloning.
- Place the original key on the coil of device.
- Select Reading → Clone → Start.
Clone the Transponder
- When prompted, move the original key away from the coil.
- Place the Autel AT100 Super Chip on the coil and press Next.
- Wait for the cloning process to finish. The screen will display “Cloning completed.”
Verification
Test the new transponder on the vehicle. It should start the car normally with the basic key function working.
