Autel IM608 II Write 2001 Lexus IS300 IC900 Chip Key via Dump

Today we have a 2001 Lexus IS300 with IC900 chip and 93C56 EEPROM. We're gonna use Autel IM608 II to write a key via dump for this vehicle.

We need to unscrew the ECU, which is located underneath the hood of the vehicle to the right hand side. There's a little black cover, remove it and take that ECU out. Once you take the lid off, there's 2 more screws that need to remove on your left hand side. As we can see, there's a IC900 right there chip.

Remove the IC900 microchip, put it into XP400 PRO Programmer for reading.

Write key via dump >> Accept

Only XP400, XP401, XP400 Pro and XP401 Pro are supported for this function.

Connect one of them.

Asia >> Lexus >> IS200 >> 93C56 >> One-touch processing

Put the key into XP400 PRO Programmer.

Check the following:

1. If the programmer is connected correctly.

2. If the chip is connected correctly.

3. If the key is placed correctly.

4. If the selected menu corresponds to the chip and the key.

Press OK.

Save the data file.

Select the key number: Key2 >> Make key

Save the newly generate file.

Writing back chip. Please wait...

Function completed.

Now the key is able to start the vehicle.

We don't need to write the information back onto the chip. It already wrote it under key2 for us. So the vehicle is going to recognize key2 when we enter the key and try to start the vehicle.
